We are a high-end retailer and carry only a selective premium toy brand. Our product assortment is delightfully curated to please your eyes and mind. Our prices range from $25 to $3000. We provide enough staffing to help every customer in detail. We have enough selection for every age range and carry many collectors' items.
Our store is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 8pm, and Sunday from 11am to 6pm.
We are inside the Cherry Creek Shopping Center, Denver. Lower Level, at the entrance from Cherry Creek North and Valet Parking.
There are two parking garages in the mall, East and West. We are at the middle of the mall, so both garages are good. Parking rate is $2 for 1 hour and $3 for 2 hours.
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
We provide parking validation up to 2 hr. for purchases over $200. Our Silver/Gold reward member can get parking validation up to 2 hr for purchases over $100.
We do not provide shipping services. But our store managers may offer shipping at cost if the customer is present in store and pay for full shipping cost.
We sell premium gift bags and wrapping paper. But we do not wrap the present, we provide free white tissue paper for our store bags.
To buy from our store you must be present in person. We do not take payments over the phone.
We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30-days of purchase. All exchanges and returns will need to be in their original packaging, tags attached and in resalable condition.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Stuffed toys, puppets, squishes and figurines.
We do not accept return or exchanges on collector's items.
Some heavy, high value items are not returnable. We do not provide warranty on any products. Where available warranties must be claimed with manufacturer directly.
Seasonal/Holiday and Clearance items are not returnable.
Cash purchases - Full cash refunds are allowed if they take place on same day of purchase, otherwise maximum cash refund may be limited to $40.00. Balances may be refunded to a gift card/store credit.
The Store does not provide a play area or play station. We have a selection of product available for demo purpose.
The shopping mall provides a big play area which we contribute to.
The Store is designed for providing maximum comfort for shopping with wider aisle and lots of space for movement. But it is not a baby safe area, and we do not allow babies on the floor for their own safety. We expect all kids under 14 to be accompanied by an adult.
We do not allow any pets in store. Service animals are allowed.
